Early February update

As we ramp up for 2019, we have some convention updates we thought you’d like to know about!

Artist and Exhibitor Spaces

The wait is almost over for those of you who are interested in buying Artist Alley or Exhibitor space for the first time at our convention. New Artists and Exhibitors will have the chance to begin signing up for Chicago TARDIS 2019 next week!

Links to our Eventbrite page form will go live early in the week and will stay up until table space sells out.  

Last year, we maxed out on Artist Alley space, so we suggest anyone who wishes to sell as an artist this year fill out their form and pay for their space ASAP.

We are re-configuring our Exhibitor spaces for 2019, but these spaces will still be limited.  Be sure to sign up if you want to guarantee your place.

If you are a returning Artist or Exhibitor, please check your inbox for info on how you can still sign up with our discounted returner rate!

Upcoming Sponsored Events

We're pairing up with Chicago Doctor Who Meetup to bring you two events over the next few months!

On March 13th, we will be hosting a screening of the Fourth Doctor serial 'Logopolis' while it's on the big screen!  Tickets will be available shortly via Eventbrite.  

During C2E2, we will also be hosting a Doctor Who themed meetup on Sunday, March 24th at 1:30pm.  (This is right after the Tennant and Smith panel!)

More info about both of these events will be available very soon.  Keep an eye on our Facebook page for the official co-hosted events where you can RSVP and keep up with all event info.

Photo Op Gallery Update

There were a few issues with our photo gallery uploads that have now been corrected.

If you were one of the individuals who sent us an e-mail or reached out to us on social media about a missing photo, please check the updated photo galleries.  All 2018 photos should now be present.
