Just two weeks until our virtual event - here's what you need to know

Today marks just two weeks until we begin our live streaming event! Here are a few things you need to know as we get closer to the date.



Do I need a ticket for the virtual Chicago TARDIS live streaming event?

No! All of our panels will be provided for free and streamed via our Facebook event page as well as our YouTube channel. You will be able to access the programming during the event and all panels will be saved on our YouTube channel for streaming after the weekend.

What about guests?

We will be having a few guests featured during this year’s virtual event. Details about the guests and surrounding panels will be coming early next week.

Will there be a Call for Panelists?

Yes, the Call for Panelists will be much shorter in length than previous years. Why? This year, our programming schedule is much shorter and many panelists have already expressed interest in serving on their own panels when submitting. Our formal call will be released in the coming week. Stay tuned for information here on our site, via our email list, and on our social media.

When will the schedule be released?

We will be releasing our streaming schedule at the start of our event week. The schedule will, again, be available via our scheduling partner, Sched. The schedule link will be posted here, sent out via our email list, and linked on our social media once released.



What about Artists and Vendors?

Artists and Vendors are currently being contacted for a featurette on our website, so that any attendees of our virtual event may shop with them over the event weekend or even after. (Remember that the holidays are approaching and many of these shops are local and/or small businesses!) If you are an Artist or Vendor who was signed up this year and have yet to hear from us, please get in touch.

What happened to my ticket for 2020?

Earlier in the year, we rolled over all registered 2020 members to our 2021 event. All ticket tiers will remain the same and no money was charged.

If you still have not received your email confirming your ticket rollover to 2021, please get in touch.

When will tickets and hotel rooms go on sale for 2021?

Soon. We anticipate putting our 2021 tickets up for sale shortly after this year’s virtual event. Hotel rooms will go on sale closer to the new year. We appreciate your patience with this as we are navigating the current situation week by week.
