Our 2020 Call for Panels is here!
Though things may look a little different this year, but we still want to hear from you about panel programming for this year's virtual Chicago TARDIS.
Here are a few things you need to know before
filling out the panel form for 2020:
Our virtual event will take place online for the course of two days - November 27 & 28.
Due to us holding a virtual event this year, we are asking all those who submit panels to limit their panel submissions as much as possible. We love seeing your panel ideas, but this year our schedule will be limited to certain time constraints and platform capabilities. We appreciate your understanding with this!
This year's virtual convention has certain obvious limitations to what can be presented. Please try to limit your ideas to what can be achieved through a traditional, basic video teleconference medium (like live 'Zoom' meetings, or the streaming of prerecorded content).
Please pay special attention to the first question on the form. In order to help all those who are interested in submitting a panel or programming in general, we invite you to ask any outstanding questions you may have about our virtual programming process.
