Chicago TARDIS 2024 FAQ + Attendee Guide

Chicago TARDIS is in four days, and we want to make sure you know some important things before you go!

As always, we recommend you follow the live schedule on Sched in order to keep up with any changes made during the weekend. We will also have screens displaying the schedule near Registration & Sales as well as our Queue Hall.

You can download a copy of our event space map by clicking on the map’s image or at the link below. This will also be on display throughout the convention space via printed copy and on screens near Registration & Sales as well as our Queue Hall.


Badge Pick Up + Ticket Sales

Badge Pickup will begin on Thursday, November 28th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for Premium (All Access, Reserved, Priority) Members only. No autograph, photograph, or badge sales will take place on Thursday evening.

Badge Pick Up, Registration, and Autograph and Photograph Sales can all be found in Grand Ballroom D. Signage and a staff member will direct you where to go as you arrive. Please have your email confirmation or ID ready to show when picking up.

Registration and Sales will be open for badge pickup, badge purchasing, and autograph and photograph sales for all Members beginning Friday, November 29th. The weekend hours are as follows:

Friday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm 

Saturday - 8:30 am to 7:00 pm

Sunday - 8:30 am to 6:30 pm

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND buying your autograph and photograph tickets online throughout the weekend. When showing up to your chosen session, just show the QR code in your Eventbrite email or on your app to our staff, and they will scan this. No other steps are needed.


Vendor Hall + Artist Alley Hours

The Vendor Room and Artist Alley (Junior Ballroom B & C and Magnolia)
will be open each day at the following times:

Friday - 12:00* to 6:00 pm

Saturday - 10:00 am to 6:00* pm

Sunday - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

* Open at 10:00 am for Premium Members and at 9:30 am on Friday for Big Finish Autographs
* The Vendor Room will stay open only for Ian McNeice autographs on Saturday at 7:00 pm

Food Guide

Need to find food during the weekend? We have you covered!

In-house restaurants Holy Mackerel and Harry Caray’s will be open during normal operating hours as follows:

Thursday (Thanksgiving): 6:00 am-8:30pm*
Friday: 6:00 am-10:00pm
Saturday: 7:00 am-10:00pm
Sunday: 7:00 am-9:00pm
*Kitchen closes at 7:30 pm

The in-house cafe, Yorktown Market, serving coffee, light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be open during the following hours

Friday and Saturday: 6:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
