Hotel Room Block Sold Out
We spent the last few months adding all of the rooms we could to our 2019 block, but we now can say we are officially sold out of rooms at our host hotel, the Westin Chicago Lombard, for this year of Chicago TARDIS.
If you missed out on the room block and are still looking for accommodation, please reach out to us. We will provide you alternative housing options for this year's convention.
Logo Contest Update
Don't worry if you haven't heard from us quite yet!
We had an impressive amount of logo design entries - so many that we're extending our announcement date until this Wednesday, October 23rd.
All entrants will be notified via email of their status in the contest. We will also post about the winners publicly on our website and social media pages.
Arthur Darvill Meet & Greets On Sale
We have a very limited amount of Arthur Darvill Meet and Greet tickets left to purchase. All ticket holders are free to purchase a ticket for this experience. No special code is needed.
Brunch Choices Begin This Week & Waiting List
Many of you lucky brunch ticketholders have been curious to know when we are opening up choices for 2019 brunch seating.
We will begin contacting all brunch ticketholders starting the week of Monday, October 21st regarding their seating choices. Be sure to answer the email ASAP when receiving it, so you can get your first seating choice. More details will be available in the email coming soon.
Because last year we had a few people drop out of the brunch last minute and no way to sell these tickets, we are setting up a waitlist for this year's brunch. If you'd like a chance at an unclaimed ticket, please visit the brunch link via Eventbrite by clicking on the button below, hit the green "Tickets" button, and then select the button "Join Waitlist" at the bottom right of the screen.
If tickets become available for this event after you've joined the waitlist, we will inform you of this no later than Thursday, November 28th.
Convention Schedule Info
We have had a few questions regarding this year's con schedule, and we wanted to address them briefly in this update.
As in past years, our schedule for Chicago TARDIS 2019 will not fully be available until the first week of November. This is due to the fact that our Call for Panelists does not close until Thursday, October 31st. A final schedule cannot be completed prior to the closing of our panelist applications. However, a preliminary schedule will most likely be released during the last week of October.
We appreciate your patience as we wrap up all these things for our 2019 event. We have so many amazing things planned for you, and we think it will all be worth it.
If you do have autograph and photograph tickets that need exchanging due to time constraints, we are happy to do so for you on-site at the convention. Just visit Registration/Ticketing during operating hours, and we can take care of any issues you may have.
Workshop Spaces Filling Up Fast
The reaction to this year's new Workshop programming track has been nothing short of stellar. We thank you so very much for your enthusiasm towards these new activities.
Our Masters Tea event is now full, but we are gathering names for a waiting list. A few spaces are still available in our other limited attendance Workshop events.

Autograph and Photograph Tickets
All autograph and photograph tickets for Chicago TARDIS 2019 are now on sale!
If you're an All-Access, Reserved, or Priority member, please remember that your ticket code is good until November 15th.
If you happen to sign up for a Reserved or Priority ticket before November 15th, you will get access to the discount for autographs and photographs.
As usual, tickets will be available for purchase on your mobile device throughout the convention, or you can purchase them on-site at Registration/Ticketing.
We do recommend buying ahead in case of a sell-out or large group wishing to attend sessions with some of our more popular guests.
